Rock Associates Consultant
Rock Associates Company Limited is a powerful company, officially registered in Rwanda under the TIN 103694764. It is very experienced in the fields of policy formulation, environmental and social sciences, urban-regional and strategic planning, land use planning and management assisted by GIS and Remote Sensing, green engineering activities, surveying works and energy.
The firm has worked closely with central governments, local authorities, academia, communities, private sector, and professional associations to provide quality and prompt advisory services in risk mapping, urban development, topographical surveys, environmental impact assessments and management, socio-economic research, governance and democracy, project packaging, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, communication to urban safety and crime prevention.

Stella Initiatives is a Non Profit and Community Organization, officially registered in Rwanda under the TIN Number 149965382, with main purposes of serving the Community with positive actions designed to solve community problems and improve livelihood situation, encompassing everything from personal efforts like volunteering to large-scale corporate social responsibility programs, technology for good, and community-based projects that enhance welfare, education, and environmental sustainability.
